So for the improvement of the engravings, the engravings are much more sharp and precise. Regarding the notes, we check from a particular app and sometimes different aps show different tunings for same bowls.Please share us which note has reached you double and we will ship to you a replacement bowl for the same :)

I would like to point out that we provide different mallets for different ways of playing it. The smallest one is not for singing but for striking and other ones are for singing. Regarding the size of the bowl, the diameter is checked from the outside wall of the bowls and not the inside. Also since they are hand hammered and not machine cut, exact 12 inches are not there they are little bigger or little smaller up to half a inch
