Was a little disappointed that this one didn't have a cover sleeve but it is a hardback and it does have the name on the side. To be fair they warn about this. I would have definitely called this acceptable too because it has a big gash in the top front and back covers. Those things being said it's hard to complain too too much when you get three hardback books for eight to nine dollars
