We advertise professionally with a thorough description of our products together with detailed pictures & part numbers where possible. This is to give our customers as much crucial information as we can.
Our warranty
(Unless stated in individual advert) All our mechanical parts come with 30 days warranty. Plastic Trims and Electrical Parts are only covered for 14 day return policy under the EU Distance Selling Regulations 2014 act.
All new parts come with manufacturers' warranty too, it does require registration to their website. Please read the instructions within the product packaging.
Claims
All products sold by us are security marked and exchange/return/refund is only applicable if the item has not been security void.
We use visible markings such as paint, stickers, stamps as well as invisible UV marks. Pictures and serial numbers stored in our database also.
If your order arrives damaged and it is clearly visible from the packaging please do not accept it on delivery. Please sign as damaged and return with the same courier back to us. We appreciate that it not always possible to inspect on delivery. If this is the case please inspect the item for visual damage ASAP after receiving it. It will help us making the claim against the courier.
If part bought from us suffered a mechanical or an electrical failure within the warranty period please contact us immediately or the manufacturer if purchased brand new. This can be done within the warranty period from the delivery day. The faulty part will have to be returned to us for testing.
Where possible, a replacement will be sent and if not we or manufacturer will offer the full refund if the item arrives faulty or if it becomes faulty within the warranty period.
All postage cost is not refundable. If we supply the wrong part, we will pay for the return postage.

Please contact us prior to making a purchase if you are located in any of the above areas.
We package every item securely but most courier companies do not take responsibility for glass product hence we are unable to offer any warranty for broken glass.
