Delivery Information
Orders received after 1:30pm weekdays and orders placed on Weekends and Bank Holidays will be despatched the next working day when normal office hours resume, subject to stock availability.
 
Orders paid by cheque require 5 working days for bank clearance. Once cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
 
All United Kingdom deliveries are sent via Royal Mail post or Courier (depending on weight and value of the order). Please allow up to 7 days for delivery though most of our orders are received within a few days. If your order is not delivered within this time scale after placing your order, then please email us at info [at] naturalisbetter.co.uk quoting your order ID (which can be found on your order confirmation email under Order ID).
 
If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave a card with information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay postage costs for us to re-send the parcel (An additional charge of £15 will be applied in the event of a non collection when goods are delivered by Courier).
 
Next working day delivery by courier excludes Northern Ireland, certain parts of Scotland and Channel Islands.
