1) GENERAL

1.1 All used (second hand) items we are selling are taken from Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles from UK. Mostly they fit Left-Hand Drive (LHD) Vehicles. Parts could have minor marks such as oil leaks, scratches, stone chips, scuffs and small dents. All major marks will be shown and described in each listing. All our items are in good working condition (unless not stated like - spares or repairs). Parts are checked on the Donor Car before dismantling. Sometimes we may miss a fault, item could be damaged while it was taken out, while it was storing, while it was in transit.

1.2 Before making an order, please make sure you are ordering correct part (check part numbers, pictures, make and model of vehicle, year of manufacturing, ask us any question you want). Customer should check description, pictures and part numbers before placing an order. All items are described to the best of our knowledge. Donor Cars details are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee fitment to your vehicle.

1.3 Our company will not take any responsibility for any costs of 3rd parties chargers (mechanics, electricians and etc) for any reasons. Person who will be fitting our part should be enough experienced and qualified to check compatibility of item you purchased. By clicking Buy It Now, Placing a Bid or accepting Best Offer invoice you are agree to accept our Terms a and Conditions.

1.4 We accept payments by PayPal, Bank Transfer (not card transaction unfortunately, we are working to improve our services and hope soon you will be able to pay by card) or Cash on collection. Because of our counter sales from our warehouse there is a chance that item you purchased, was already sold. In this case you will get a full refund straight away.

1.5 Feedback will be received after yours, if you are unhappy in some situations, please give us a chance to find a solution for you. We don't want to have any Negative Feedback and we will try to do our best as possible to make you happy. Please contact us before leaving Neutral or Negative feedback. Everyone could do a mistake.

2) POSTAGE

2.1 We post usually at 1pm each working day. Sometimes we post on Saturdays as well. Any order placed before 10am will be dispatched same day (sometimes under different circumstances it could take some more time, you will be informed if any occurred). Make sure that your eBay information (address, telephone) is up to date.

2.2 Postage and Packaging costs shown in our listings apply to UK Mainland only. Please contact us in advance (before placing an order) if delivery goes to any of the following destinations: The Scottish Highlands, The Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and etc, because postal prices are more than mentioned on the advertisement. We will need your address to calculate correct price.

2.3 Postage and Packaging prices may vary for large, heavy, oversize, delicate and fragile items, because of the material and time required. We will inform you of these changes (charges) before dispatching the item to allow you to think about it and decide to cancel the order or to pay the surcharge.

2.4 Local collection available on all our parts during our working hours, but unfortunately these hours may vary from time to time depends on different situations. We can arrange an appropriate time for you in advance, just give us a call and speak about it. You can pay by PayPal and come and collect it, easy and cheaper or you can place a bid and pay cash, after you collect we will mark as Payment Received & Dispatched. 2.5 We use different couriers to deliver our items, it depends on price of the item, size & weight. Please make sure somebody is available to collect the parcel, some couriers could charge you for additional delivery attempts.

2.6 International / Worldwide delivery prices may vary. Like European and African, so we would like you to ask us in advance (before placing an order) to calculate correct price for you. In some cases it will be cheaper, but in others could rise up. Mostly our prices are for EU delivery, but even in EU prices may vary (like Germany and Finland).

2.7 Express delivery / Next day delivery sometimes could take more time as shown in advertisement , depends on your address, item what you are buying, courier who are delivering.

2.8 You can always arrange your own courier, if you think that our services are not good enough for you.

2.9 Any items containing glass will not be covered if damaged during transit (we always will try our best in packing).

2.10 Purchased item should be expected for damages after delivery was made, do not throw away original package if item was damaged, contact us and make as much as possible pictures of item in original package. If any problems occurred you need to report us in 24H.

2.11 Most couriers need clients mobile number, so please if you want to get your item ASAP, left us a note with your mobile number and email as well please.
