Ordered 9 days ago. Allegedly shipped 5 days ago via 'courier' which turned out to be Royal Mail 2nd class. No tracking. Copy and pasted generic response to query on delay. Estimated delivery date gets pushed back. Countless recent reviews suggest it's never coming. Ridiculously poor on a £200+ order. Avoid at all costs.
