For the first time ever in LEGO Batman: The Videogame, play through Story Mode from the doomed perspective of Batman’s most notorious villains as they pursue their plans to wreak havoc on Gotham City. Offering excellent replay value in LEGO Batman: The Videogame for the PS2 is the free play mode, which allows players to use characters in Story Mode to access previously hidden areas. Collect LEGO studs and bricks throughout the game to unlock unique power-ups and bonus levels. Access unlocked material and additional characters from either the heroes’ level hub, the Batcave, or the villains’ counterpart, Arkham Asylum. It wouldn’t be a LEGO game without endless possibilities for customization, and LEGO Batman: The Videogame for the PS2 has plenty. Swap characters’ costumes for special attributes or get creative and build entirely new characters from the body parts of others, combining the disparate likes of Harley Quinn, Batman, Joker and the Mad Hatter.
