Shipping:
Shipping methods will be specified in the listing and listing description. Items are typically sent via Royal Mail.
UK Shipping- Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 10 working days (2 weeks) have passed from the date of posting. Please contact the seller if you have not received your item 10 working days (2 weeks) after the item’s dispatch date.
International Shipping to Europe- Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 25 working days (5 weeks) have passed from the date of posting. Please contact the seller if you have not received your item 25 working days (5 weeks) after the item’s dispatch date.
International Shipping to the Rest of the World- Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 32 working days (6 weeks + 2 working days) have passed from date of posting. Please contact the seller if you have not received your item 32 working days (6 weeks + 2 working days) after the item’s dispatch date.
Returns:
Wrong item bought? - It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are purchasing the correct item(s). The Item(s) may be returned if the correct item is bought first. Return postage must be paid for by the buyer. The item must be returned in its original condition. Once the returned item is approved for a refund the refund issued to the buyer will be the order total minus any of the seller’s posting out costs. For example: Buyer’s order total=£30, Seller’s posting out costs=£2.50, Refund issued to buyer= £27.50.
Don’t like the item? - It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have thoroughly read the listing description, viewed the item pictures, and asked the buyer any questions for which the answers are not apparent in the listing. The Item(s) may be returned if the correct item is bought first. Return postage must be paid for by the buyer. The item must be returned in its original condition. Once the returned item is approved for a refund the refund issued to the buyer will be the order total minus any of the seller’s posting out costs. For example: Buyer’s order total=£30, Seller’s posting out costs=£2.50, Refund issued to buyer= £27.50. A full refund will be given in the event that the item received by the buyer is not as described or as pictured in the listing.
Damaged item received? - The seller must be notified about the receipt of any damaged item(s) with 3 days of the item(s) being received or the damage claim may not be entertained. Damage claims must be supported with photographic evidence. Photographic evidence required may include (but is not limited to) the following: a picture of the damaged item; a picture of the damaged item next to the buyer’s broken watch/accessory (in the case that the item bought was intended to be used to repair the buyer’s broken watch/accessory); a picture of the original packaging the item arrived in. Failure to provide the evidence as requested by the seller may result in the rejection of a damage claim. Original packaging must be retained. The buyer may be required to return the damaged item to the seller for further inspection. Items may be security marked for the purpose and prevention of fraud. Items which have been security marked by the seller must be returned bearing the seller’s security mark; if such mark is not found the buyer will be reported to the police for fraud.
Item doesn’t fit? - Unfortunately due to the nature of manufacturing things do not always fit. This is due to tolerances. Any item which does fit not fit as it should may be returned (in its original condition) for a full refund. Any item not returned in its original condition cannot be refunded, nor sent back to the buyer.
Item doesn’t match the description? – There may occasionally be a mistake in the listing or an incorrect item may be posted. Any item which does not match the listing description and/or pictures may be returned (in its original condition) for a full refund. Any item not returned in its original condition cannot be refunded, nor sent back to the buyer.
Other Points to Note:
-Items may be security marked for the purpose and prevention of fraud. Items which have been security marked by the seller must be returned bearing the seller’s security mark: if such mark is not found the buyer will be reported to the police for fraud.
-Any item not returned in its original condition cannot be refunded, nor sent back to the buyer.
-The seller will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the buyer’s accessory/product by an item bought from the seller’s store. If spare parts (or any item(s) purchased from the seller’s store) do not fit the buyer’s accessory/product, said spare part/item should not be forced or altered to fit the buyer’s accessory/product as this may cause damage to the buyer’s accessory/product.
-Under ambiguous returns circumstances not defined above, the seller reserves the right to approach the returns case and proceedings as they see fit.
-IN ALL CASES RETURN ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITH THE SELLER PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM(S). Any Item(s) returned without return arrangements being made with the seller may not be refunded nor sent back to the buyer.
-Refunds will typically be issued the same day the seller receives the returned item but may take up to 3 working days.
