seller insists that the phone isnt defective, i disagree. could nt get to apps . so the phone is garbage. seller has been in business since 2005 and is perfect , oh well, good luck with that. seller kept insisting how to operate phone but at metro pcs the worker couldnt acess any apps to make phone operative. not 1xs did seller offer me a refund or a chance to ship it back to them. so i threw away the phone and bought a walmart phone. tclxion for $25
