This will prevent you incurring additional labour costs in the unlikely event that your item is incorrect or delayed by Royal Mail or the Courier. We do not provide any guarantees in relation to delivery times with our economy, standard or express delivery services as these are 3rd party reliant services. 16. Compatible Ink Cartridge Sales
Compatible Ink Cartridge sales are undertaken by CCS Online Limited. Cartridges are supplied with a minimum shelf life of 60 months. These Non-OEM Cartridges are not endorsed by any original printer manufacturer. Notwithstanding any warranty in force by any printer manufacturer, any compatible cartridge is used at your own risk. Use in printers must be in accordance with OEM instructions and recommendations i.e - you must not disconnect your printer from a power supply; or allow the printer to run out of ink, if you do you may damage the print head. Test prints must be carried out prior to use. We are not liable for any postage marks printed or otherwise. It is essential you follow all installation instructions, failure to do so may result in damage to your machine.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
17. Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and our company. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only given in writing by us.
