I. BASICS
The following general terms and conditions apply to all purchases you make with us as a supplier (DaRoAn Elektronikhandel GmbH). Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of conditions that you may have used is contradicted.
A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person which are legal transactions for purposes that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership who in the course of a legal transaction in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
II. COMPLETION OF A PURCHASE
The object of the purchase is the sale of goods.
The purchase is completed via the online shopping cart system. By submitting the order, declare legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the purchase is concluded.
The processing of the order and the transmission of all necessary information in connection with the conclusion of the contract is partially automated by e-mail. You must therefore ensure that the e-mail address is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically guaranteed and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.
III. WARRANTY
There is a legal liability for defects.
Customers are asked to report the item for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage immediately upon delivery and to report any complaints to us and the freight forwarder as soon as possible. Otherwise this has no effect on your statutory warranty.
IV. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel this purchase within 30 days without giving a reason.
The 30-day cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the cancellation, the customer must send us a message before the notice period expires, with a clear declaration of its decision to withdraw from purchase.
We will provide all necessary information and instructions for the procedure of returning the product, that must be sent immediately and in any case no later than ten days from the day on which the message about the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal was sent.
Returning shipment costs from the customer's location to our company address are beared by the customer.
The returned product must be in the same conditions as when delivered. Modifications (i.e. removing/changing/fixing parts) and damages due customer misuse may exclude the right of withdrawal, or may incur in a Restock fee up to 15% of the purchase value.
The right of withdrawal does not exist if the product is a result of certain upgrades or changes that have been made by individual selection and/or determination of the customer to attend his personal needs.
V. REFUNDS
After the receivement back of the returned product and its verification, a refund for the total amount paid, will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with the customer.
Shipment costs are also refundable with the exception of additional costs resulting from special ways of delivery not offered in DaRoAn online store, and requested directly by the customer.|
Refunds are made up to 5 days after the return of the product and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received the notification right of withdrawal.
Refund payments can be refused until the receivement of the product back to our facility and verification of its conditions.
VI. LAW, PLACE OF JURISDICTION
German law applies. In the case of consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer is habitually resident is not withdrawn (favourability principle).
Place of performance for all services from the business relationship with us and the place of jurisdiction is our place of business, provided you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law.
Same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if you do not know your place of residence or usual place of residence at the time the action is brought. The authority to use the court at another legal venue remains unaffected.
Provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do expressly not apply.

VI. MISCELANEOUS
Language, storage of information texts All documents are billed in English.

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They can be called up via a correspondingly marked button on our website or in the respective offer, are separately in the course of the ordering process and are to be borne by you, unless free delivery is promised.
Taxes may differ for each country.
Payment options available to you are shown under a correspondingly labeled button in the website or in the respective offer.
Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, the payment claims from the concluded purchase are due for payment immediately.
Delivery conditions, delivery date and any existing delivery restrictions can be found under the correspondingly labeled button on our website or in the respective offer.
Accidental deterioration of the product sold is only transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured.
This does not apply when the customer independently requests a transport company not offered in our website, or another person to otherwise carry out the transport.
For business wholesale purchases (B2B), conditions and prices for transport and delivery are established between the parts before the placement of the order.
