Postage
UK mainland orders are posted through Royal Mail on their Second-Class Standard service. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days, but one must allow up to 14 for late deliveries. No loss claims can be initiated until after this period has expired. The delivery date given by eBay is merely an estimate, and your item can arrive before or after that date. No postal or courier offers a 100% guaranteed ‘by a certain day’ service.
Our Next Day Service is dispatched either with Royal Mail Special Delivery or by 24hour courier. Neither service is gone hundred percent guaranteed but we always use the best services that offer the highest amount of success rate for next day delivery. We aren’t responsible for any late deliveries made by third part companies.
Worldwide orders are sent through Royal Mail International Economy or by courier, whichever is quickest, for the amount closest to what is charged. It is a set flat rate, and no further discounts can be made.
We currently do not offer collections.
 
Returns
 
Please contact us directly if you wish to return an unused item.
 
We accept returns within 30 days for a no quibble refund, as long as the following conditions are met;
 
1. Been fitted or trial fitted in anyway
2. Been used or marked/damaged
3. The item and ALL packaging/accessories are returned
 
We cover your outgoing postage cost under Consumer Contract Regulations (apart from additional 24-Hour charges) and you cover the return cost.
 
We recommend you use a tracked service when returning items (the package is entirely your responsibility till it reaches us) and please include your username in the box so we can identify it when arrived.
 
For any items not returned like this, and any abuse of the eBay Returns System, we always make an Action Fraud claim, report to eBay and follow up with our loss claims specialist.
 
We do test our items before dispatch therefore we know everything is functioning correctly when sent. If once installed you feel the part has a problem, please get in touch with the name and contact details of the qualified installer so we can diagnose the problem and replace the part or component where required. We don’t offer ‘partial ‘refunds.

We cannot offer fitment advice for insurance reasons.
We normally cannot cancel orders once placed, even if you try to cancel minutes after as our picking warehouse works on an automated system. You can drop us a message to ask, and if possible we will try, but it's not guaranteed.

So I bought this as a replacement for the damaged one that I had previously received. Yet again its still came without the spare o'ring as described. I spoke to the seller only to be made out that I was in the wrong. Told to basically in not so many words send both the items back or to just suck it up. Very unprofessional service very poor childish replys. Because I'm the first customer to complain. Just shows the buy cheap buy twice saying is 99% true with this sale. So cut my losses!!...

So this item arrived not as described I'm the description. The spare o'ring that was described wasn't actually there... the part came with the original o'ring already damaged. Yet once I contacted the seller all they did was pass the blame on to myself... not accept that it's was broken and not as described, yes they offered a refund if I paid to get it sent back to them therfore still being out of pocket.. so for the sake of £23.00 I decided not to send it back and just accept the loss....
