POSTAGE - All items are sent by express courier. If missed on the first time, the courier company will leave a card and attempt to deliver the item 2nd time. If still undelivered the parcel will be taken back to their nearest depot. You need to pick it up from the depot and all instructions and phone number of the depot will be mentioned on the card. If parcel is not collected from the depot it will be returned to us and you will be liable for redelivery charges.
