TEMPI DI CONSEGNA
I prodotti indicati come pezzo unico, sono esattamente come quelli mostrati in fotografia e sono pronti per la consegna. La spedizione verrà effettuata entro due giorni lavorativi dopo il pagamento ricevuto.
Per quanto riguarda gli altri prodotti specialmente i mobili, il tempo di consegna sarà quello indicato nella scheda prodotto.
In caso di modifiche o richieste particolari verrà concordata con l'acquirente la tempistica della consegna.
 
PROBLEMI DI CONSEGNA
La spedizione viene effettuata al’indirizzo in eBay o quello fornito dal cliente. In caso di difficoltà nella consegna il cliente verrà sempre avvisato spiegando il motivo e aggiornandolo continuamente sullo stato della produzione e della spedizione. Il cliente avrà almeno 10 giorni per recuperare il pacco con il corriere locale. Se al termine di giacenza il pacco viene rispedito al mittente, il cliente dovrà ripagare le spese di spedizione per una nuova consegna.
 
GARANZIA
La garanzia sui nostri prodotti per difetti è di due anni dall'acquisto per i prodotti nuovi. Per i prodotti antichi vale solo il termine per la restituzione.

SPEDIZIONE E CONSEGNA
L'oggetto viene ritirato da un Corriere Espresso entro 1 giorno lavorativo dall'accredito del pagamento, (domenica e festivi esclusi). Consegna stimata entro 3 giorni lavorativi dopo il ritiro.
I tempi di transito possono variare, specialmente durante le festività. Disponibile la spedizione internazionale.
