- Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items approx one working day after posting and 3-5 working days after posting for 2nd class. These are not guaranteed delivery times and can sometimes take longer, which is out of our control.

- Buyer pays return shipping cost on any exchanges or returns unless agreed in advance.
- Please obtain proof of posting for your records as you will need to upload this if item is lost in transit on return for refund.
- Item must be sent back unworn/unused in the condition it was received in - NO make up/perfume marks. IT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN/USED. Do NOT send your item back screwed up.
- We have the right to refuse to accept the return if the item is in any way soiled or not returned in the condition the item was initially sent to the customer.
- Underwear returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges will not be posted until original item is received back to ourselves. All goods will be fully inspected on return.
- Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on personalised/bespoke/customised items unless faulty or an error made by ourselves at the time of receipt.
- If your international order is returned to the United Kingdom, we will refund you the value of your item only. NOT the international shipping cost or your return shipping cost. If the international item is shipped by the Global Shipping Program, Pitney Bowes will NOT refund the original shipping cost to you. Please complete the returns customs label as 'no commercial value', merchandise return as we are not liable for customs charges on returns. If we are charged for these due to customs not being completed correctly, we we debit these charges from your refund.
- In the event of any claims, this agreement of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
