I bought a harness used it about 5 times and it split contacted the seller and he didnt get back to me for over a month when he did he recons its general wear and tear on a harness i used 5 times worst customer service ive ever seen dont waste your money on this harness used to be good now they are made cheap

this is not true,we have replied to your messages on time. you provide some picture and explanation that clearly show improper use of the item. You need to use the harness on the trained horses not to use the harness to get them trained, the damages that you showed in the pictures was general wear and tear nothing major but we still request to send it back for inspection and you never contact us back,i think you should have followed proper procedure not feedback tactics
