The Panasonic LUMIX DMC-GF3K has a 12.1-megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom and a 4x digital zoom that takes clear pictures from a distance. The GF3K features a mirror-less interchangeable lens allowing users to customize the lens to achieve the best results for the desired shot. The Panasonic DMC features a remarkable reduction in size and weight thanks to advancements in new mirror-free camera technology and large digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) format sensors that are more compatible with a new class of compact micro four thirds (MFT) system lenses. The LUMIX G MFT System offers a selection of 12 high-performance fixed focal-length range and variable aperture G Vario zooms including this 14mm micro four thirds f3.5/5.6 zoom lens. This Panasonic LUMIX DMC kit features a VARIO G ASPH 14-42mm lens for SD and offers a lens aperture of F/2.0. This Panasonic digital camera also has a fast shutter speed that takes pictures of moving objects without them being blurry. The Panasonic DMC-GF3K features a 3-inch LCD screen size, which allows you to check the image quality and settings easily. This digital camera features a Live MOS optical sensor measuring 17.3mm x 13mm. Additional specs include AF lock, auto white balance, HDMI, hot shoe, image stabilization, and USB 2.0 functionality. The DMC-GF3’s image quality comes from a large 12.1MP sensor and newly advanced image processing technologies. The DMC-GF3 provides a traditional DSLR-like experience without the need for complicated external mode dials. This digital camera provides intuitive and quick access to common modes like program, shutter, and aperture priority, and manual via a touch-enabled LCD that operates much like a smartphone. The touchscreen capabilities allow for control of menus and most shooting, focusing, playback and effects controls. Menus can be customized using simple drag-and-drop actions like those on most touch-enabled smartphones. A built-in pop-up flash and red-eye reducer get clear pictures in poor lighting without excessive red-eye. Thanks to a 6400 ISO, the DMC-GF3 shoots well under low light even without a flash. Working together with the cameras Intelligent ISO Control, which reduces motion blur by adjusting the ISO sensitivity if the subject moves, you are sure to capture images that are sharp. Use an HDMI cable to hook the camera to your HDTV to see images on a larger screen. The DMC-GF3 provides a dedicated video button that can be used to switch to video capture quickly without changing modes. Additional accessories include a variety of carry type and protective cases, lens parts, and connection cables for sharing. Panasonic’s LUMIX DMC-GF3 realizes all the features of a DSLR interchangeable lens camera, except it accomplishes this in an ultra compact point-and-shoot camera body. Like its predecessor the GF2, the GF3 is an outstanding example of Panasonic’s quality technology with additionally improved capabilities.
