HANDMADE_JEWELLERY: All the jewellery available has been designed and handmade by me. All the designs are unique or a limited edition most designs have less than 10 pieces made of each design.
 
POSTAGE: I will always endeavour to post out non custom orders within 48 hours of receiving but I can only guarantee 7 days. If I am away on holiday there will be a note placed on all the basket pages letting you know when the next post out date will be.
 
Commissioned items will vary in times from manufacture to delivery date, although the artist will endeavour to create the items as soon as possible a wait variation from 2 days- 2 weeks can be expected. This information will be provided to you on purchase of the item, and specific specifications and dates that you need the item for will be taken into consideration when processing your order. Orders can be cancelled immediately if the item is needed before the expected delivery date.
 
All orders are posted out Royal Mail first class tracked.
Special delivery is available if required and can be ordered and paid for on placing your order.
 
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: I send orders all over the world with no problem. Orders are sent Air Mail. International postage is over and above the standard p+p. No orders will be posted until the International postage has been paid for
 
 
JEWELLERY FINDINGS: All the jewellery on my site complies with the E.E.C directive on low nickel content. The earring hooks are all nickel free. Where I use the term “gold” or “silver in my descriptions I refer to the colour. Where I use the term sterling silver or Bali Silver they are as described and as such. Bali silver is 925 and the same combination as sterling silver.
Some of the items contain silver or gold plate and in some environments these may tarnish and should be treated with care and it is advised that they be stored in the gift bags they are received in to maintain their condition. They should not be worn while bathing or to come in contact with perfum.
 
 
TIBETAN SILVER:The Tibetan silver in my jewellery designs is an alloy and is similar to pewter. It contains copper and a small percentage of silver. None of my Tibetan silver beads or charms contains lead. The colour is of aged silver.
 
UNIQUE HANDMADE JEWELLERY: All the jewellery on my site has been handmade and designed by myself with the exception of the Murano style pendants. I use a large collection of semi-precious stones and handmade beads in my designs so there will be differences in the size shape and colour of the beads but this will just add to the uniqueness of the piece.
 
MURANO PENDANT: When I refer to Murano Pendants they are in the style of Murano glass.
