- This group of twelve bulletins have been bound in a thick black, binder with a variation of brads for closure. The book is in, Very Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. There, are a couple of spots of discoloration on the book covers. The, text pages are clean and bright. There is a previous owner's, penciled notation on the title page who was part of the USMCR., The book is full of fold-out pages with illustrations. There is, a previous owner's ink stamped name on the top edge of the, front cover of each of the bulletins, and also along the bottom, edges of the text blocks.
