TERMS OF PAYMENT
Our accepted payment methods are - PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash. VAT invoices will be provided upon request. For international customers outside UK, VAT invoice provided once full company details and valid VAT registered number presented to seller.
In order to make a bank transfer, please contact us for details. Payments over the phone are not accepted! Cash payments are only accepted if you are coming to collect the item. The sale will be processed through eBay.
IMPORTANT - Due to eBay policy, we cannot provide our address or contact details prior to your purchase here.
Eligible listings are delivered with ParcelForce48 (2 days), please look at the Postage and Payments tab to find out the approximate delivery time and price for your specific item. Please provide your best mobile phone number when ordering from us, it will help to deliver your item with no delays if any extra information is required by logistic network. Only items purchased before 11.59am will be dispatched the same day (Workdays). Delivery time can be affected by the 3rd party logistic company and delays can happen out of our control.
We strive to supply our clients with best Quality used car parts, by picking and packing them as safe as possible before every dispatch. Please check your item for any visual damage when delivered. If the item has visible damage upon delivery, please notify the courier when accepting and sign for item as "Damaged". This is very important, as it affects the items eligibility for any refunds later. We will not be able to issue a refund if the item is marked as delivered properly and no damages are shown in the comments.
Orders placed with collection in person option should be collected from our company address within 7 days during normal business hours: 09:00am - 18:00pm (Mo-Fr), and 08:00am - 13:00pm (Saturdays). It is preferred that you contact us before collection, to ensure the order is ready for collection before your arrival.
Pallet deliveries - Please make sure someone can receive and sign for the delivery of the big items on pallet(s). Failing to do so will result in delivery delay and extra delivery charges may be applied for every repeated attempt. We always recommend delivery of items to business address within normal business hours in aim to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note delivery service usually provided by third parties. If we are informed about our item delivery service delay to you by an event outside of our control, then we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay immediately. However, if there is a risk of substantial delay more than 7days you may ask us to terminate your order and receive a refund for any services that you have paid for but not received.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Island or ANY offshore UK address will be liable for extra freight charges.

In case you have any issues with our item - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK and we will do our best to solve any issue related to our service.
If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is returned from the customer to seller. If we are out of stock for the specific part for replacement - a full refund will be issued for buyer.
If the item is returned because of a customer's order by mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item part number not matching) handling charge can be applied. Customer is liable for shipping when returning the item if not agreed otherwise.
All parts come with a 90-day warranty. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the transit. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period, we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour/garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of our part.
All our items are security marked. If the returned item won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - warranty will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.
