Book was listed as LIKE NEW, but had light pencil underlining on half the pages. I explained situation & asked seller for refund. Offered for me to return. No apology. Not worth the trouble to return for refund — I asked for a refund w/o return, and I would have documented the description. BOTTOM LINE: Volume seller, so mistakes creep in. I'll still buy from them.
