UK Shipping:
All our items are shipped directly from our stock within one working day of purchase.
Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail.
Larger items are shipped via Parcelforce/Other Courier.
Items over 1.5 metres in length or 3 metres around widest point will be delivered on Parcelforce 48 large service and carry a surcharge which will be included in the postage cost shown in the listing.
Prices quoted for Parcelforce/Other Courier deliveries are for UK mainland only and not for delivery zones 2 and 3 - Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands. These areas all incur delivery surcharges from courier suppliers. Please note the Parcelforce 48 Large Service is not available to Channel Islands - Jersey and Guernsey.

Royal Mail 24 – Aim to deliver within 1-3 working days but allow up to 15 working days before an item is declared lost *.
Royal Mail 48 – Aim to deliver within within 3-5 working days but allow up to 15 working days before an item is declared lost *.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Two working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Next working day.
Parcelforce 24 – Next working day.
Parcelforce 48 – 2 working days to Zone 1 and 3 working days to Zones 2 and 3
Parcelforce 48 Large – 2-5 working days where service is available.
Please note that all delivery times quoted are from time of dispatch. We will dispatch all items with either on the same day or next working day of the order being placed.
* We cannot guarantee Royal Mail 24 and 48 delivery times. When purchasing an item on these delivery services you are entering an agreement to allow up to 15 working days from dispatch for your item to be delivered. Do not purchase the item if you do not agree to these conditions. If your item is delayed we advise you check with your local Post Office sorting depot as Postmen often don't leave a card when attempting delivery.
International Shipping:

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs or import duty charges incurred with your purchase.
If the shipping cost is not listed for your country then please email us and we will get a cost for you where possible. Do not purchase or pay for an item without getting a shipping cost first.
Shipping quotes for international courier items are valid only for the date they are given and we reserve the right to decrease/increase the price accordingly on different dates due to fluctuations in courier delivery prices.
***We do not export goods to the United States of America due to litigation policies not covered by our liability insurance***

The delivery times listed below are for the time Royal Mail aim to deliver to the individual countries National postal service. Once the item has been passed to the foreign postal service we cannot control the subsequent delivery times as they vary for different countries.
Royal Mail Airmail (Including international Signed for and Airsure):
Western Europe – Allow up to 20 working days for an item to be delivered to the destination countries national postal service *.
Rest of the World - Allow up to 25 working days for an item to be delivered to the destination countries national postal service *.
Please note that all delivery times quoted are from time of dispatch. We will dispatch all items with either on the same day or next working day of the order being placed.
* We cannot guarantee Royal Mail Airmail delivery times. Once the item has reached your countries national postal service the subsequent delivery time can vary depending on each country.
Other International courier services – Delivery time is dependent on buyer location and delivery services available.
International Courier costs:
Items over 2kg or 60cm in length that cannot be sent via Royal Mail Airmail and also some high value items will be sent via courier.
If the postage cost for your destination is not shown then items are charged individually depending on parcel size and weight and we will need to get you an individual quote. Do not purchase or pay for an item without us getting a shipping cost for you first!
Please note we will need the buyers contact telephone number for all International courier deliveries in case the courier needs to contact you regarding delivery. Items cannot be sent without a contact telephone number.
Return Policy:
Buyers can cancel their order within 30 days of the delivery date. A return request has to be submitted by the buyer and accepted by us before returning an item. The item has to be returned within 7 days of the return request being accepted in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition it was received. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the parts are returned via a secure method. Refunds will only be issued once the part has been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Parts ordered incorrectly by the buyer that have been fitted will not be accepted for credit.
For parts that are faulty we will require the vehicles full chassis number and a diagnostic fault report before the part is accepted for return.
Queries/Contact us:
If you have a question on any of the items we have listed then use the 'ask seller a question' feature and we will do our best to quickly answer your query to the best of our knowledge. Please do not send multiple messages as this only causes confusion when we send a reply! All queries will be responded to via eBay messages Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays) during office hours. We do not operate an incoming telephone line.

We include as much information as we can in our listing descriptions so please read them clearly before asking a question.
We cannot answer queries relating to parts fitting models other than those they are listed for.
Parts sold by us are not covered by any manufacturer's warranty. All parts sold come with a 30 day guarantee.
You are responsible for ensuring that any purchase you make satisfies your own, personal requirements subject to any specific requirements you highlight to us before purchase.
We cannot order parts that are not listed in our eBay shop.
Our items are already priced with big discounts over the RRP therefore we do not accept offers on our items.
Parts quoted as left side and right side are viewed from the rear of the car. So left is nearside and right is offside (UK).
Trim/paint codes and vehicle specific 'PR' (option) numbers can be found on the car's data sticker which will be on the inside cover of the original service book and also on the car body (normally in the spare wheel well).
We strongly advise that you have already checked which part number you need for your car before ordering an item. You could do this with a main dealer or by checking the part number on your old part. You can then search our shop listings to see if we have the part number you need. Remember that VWG uses a lot of the same parts across many makes and models. We cannot list all these variations in the listing title so using the part number search is the best way to see if we have the part you need!
The 'Application guide' is to be used as a guide only and whilst we try and include as much information as possible variations on part numbers can occur with different models/engines and vehicle chassis breaks etc. You must therefore ensure that you have checked that the part number listed is the correct one for your specific car before ordering.
