For when you set the handset down, and can’t seem to remember where, the locator button singles the handset to make a tone, allowing you check the location based on the source of the sound. DECT 6.0 Plus technology provides for superior sound quality while extending the range of your handset. There are a couple of scenes that you can hear but can't see. It's just snow. The scenes are the lifeguard in the rowboat getting attacked and the other scene is Quint singing Farewell And Adieu to Hooper. I wish the seller could have opened up the box, replaced the dead batteries, and just checked to see if the tv worked ok. I'm happy I have it but pretty disappointed I paid $51.00 Cdn for something awesome that's not exactly as advertised
