These shoes have an elastic opening that is so small that # 1. The laces have to be removed and thrown away and # 2. Anyone with feet that are three dimensional (which is everyone) will still be challenged to successfully get these shoes on his feet. It takes a serious shoe horn and super this frictionless socks to get into these sneakers. Once you are in them (with no shoe laces) it would take a nuclear explosion to knock them off. Cowboy boots are easier to take off.
