Shipping Terms and Conditions - In conjunction with the Returns Policy.
The courier we decide to use depends on the weight and size of the parcel, and can be subject to change without notice. Customer s location determines which service is selected by EPIZO, in the event of an address considered to be remote. We primarily use ebay s Packlink Postal Service for the majority of our customer s packages. The courier s available are DPD, Yodel, Evri, InPost and UPS. Royal Mail is also used by us.
Estimated Shipping dates are timings given by couriers as a time frame in which they aim to deliver. Sometimes world events or unforeseen circumstances may delay a parcel. Should a parcel be delayed, send us a message or open an item not received request and you ll receive a reply within one working day. We will contact the courier and provide you with additional delivery information to support you throughout transit, until successful delivery. If your parcel s tracking does not update when the package is in transit, with no sign of movement for 7 days, we can offer you a full refund, or send a replacement.
EPIZO is not directly responsible for courier delays. As soon as the package is dispatched the courier is responsible throughout its journey. We completely understand the inconvenience and stress delays or damage can cause, and are happy to assist our customers, in all circumstances. Items lost in transit will be compensated for and full refunds/ replacements given. If the item has not arrived and the tracking shows delivered, message us to open an investigation with the courier to determine the parcel s location. You will be required to fill out a non receipt declaration form.
If the item is damaged upon delivery the buyer must take a minimum of 3 photographs, showing the damage from different angles. One of the photos has to include the damaged item shown next to all the original packaging materials. This evidence is essential to receiving compensation, without it no compensation or refund can be given.
Worldwide postage is available, subject to specific country trade restrictions and political sanctions. We use ebay s Global Shipping Programme (GSP) to handle the majority of our international orders. Ebay will present their best quote based on the listing information. Should you feel the GSP postage is too expensive do not hesitate to contact us to ask if we can find a cheaper price. Not always guaranteed.
Please be aware that world events can impact estimated postage times and cause short disruptions to severe delays. In the event of any national/ international crisis and unforeseen political unrest, parcels could experience delays due to postal network disruptions. If such an event should occur EPIZO will monitor your item(s) tracking throughout its journey to you and maintain correspondence with you end to end. Further unannounced delays could also be experienced through customs clearance procedures and backlogs, courier operational issues and local disturbances.
Tracking numbers are provided end to end by GSP or Royal Mail tracking service and associated in country partners. When the package leaves the UK, Royal Mail s tracking will end and switch over to the hosting country s mail service tracking system. GSP will maintain its tracking capability.
For international orders ebay will automatically collect sales tax to be passed onto the buyer s relevant tax authorities. As a buyer it is your responsibility to research additional import fees and duties specific to your country. EPIZO is not responsible for VAT, excise duties and custom fees. We are happy to offer extra support and guidance to customers unfamiliar with import costs and customs procedures, this will be done to the best of our ability. By receiving our support the buyer must accept we are not official advisers in the relevant field of custom regulations, and all decisions made are the buyers responsibility only, therefore EPIZO cannot be held liable for any outcome.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact EPIZO with your request and we will begin the return process immediately. Buyer s will receive refunds once the item has been safely returned to us.
There can many reasons why customers may want to return an item. Refer to eBay return policy for more details. Buyers are covered by eBay s Money Back Guarantee.
All return postage costs are to be met by the buyer in the event that the buyer changes their mind or orders the wrong item by mistake. Returned items must be returned complete without missing parts, unused, unopened and undamaged, in the same condition packed in the same packaging or similar. If the returned item is used, damaged, items missing or lost due to incorrect packaging we will offer a partial refund to account for the items loss in value and/or quoted repair bills.
Certain items must be returned with tracking numbers. At an absolute minimum, some items only require proof of postage, which must be obtained in the form of certificate of postage receipts/ drop off point receipts/ collection receipts/ or similar. Failure to provide evidence of courier collection/ parcel drop off, may result in no refunds being given if a parcel goes missing during the return process.
Security measures are in place to protect EPIZO s products and merchandise from illegal activities and dishonest buyers. Any fraudulent returns/ actions will be managed by the legal fraud prevention team and generate a crime investigation number in collaboration with Police Authorities. Offenders will be prosecuted.
Warranty
Pre-loved and vintage items do not come with any warranty.
Military Surplus products are either new old stock, which has been stored for some time in military/ wholesale warehouses, or used issued stock bought in their original condition after service life. If you receive a defective product that was not listed as spares and repairs, contact us to rectify the issue. Surplus items do not come with added warranties.
Some new items may have manufacturer guarantees which require the buyer to send the item to the manufacturer for repair. Keep ebay records as proof of purchase or message us for an invoice.
Please note EPIZO has security measures in place to prevent buyers switching products and goods are always tracked end to end with tracking numbers and proof of postage certificates. A scam management strategy is continually updated in conjunction with Law Enforcement to deter and prosecute fraudsters.
Data
We use your information only as necessary to comply with seller obligations, conforming to the ebay seller policy and terms of use/ conditions. Customers have authorised ebay to provide EPIZO with personal information to full-fill orders using this platform. Customer Information is shared with ebay in order to provide you with our online retail service.
Customers can also choose to provide additional information, in the form of contacting EPIZO regarding technical advice, custom orders or general enquiries. Please note: ebay may retain records of our correspondence, for reference, in support of any issues that may arise.
Customer personal information is shared by ebay and EPIZO with trusted courier companies and mail services for providing buyers with a home delivery service. This shared information is necessary for such postal services to function. Third party services we use are Evri, DPD, Yodel, Royal Mail and Post Office UK. UK Customs Authorities and the customer s country of residence Customs Authority have access to the addressed person s details registered on the electronic system and parcel. When parcels leave the UK your personal information is then passed on to your host country mail service to continue the delivery process to the buyer s home address.
In order to respond to government requests/ legal processes, and comply with any court order whilst under a legal obligation, we may be requested to use and share customer information, to support investigations to prevent organised crime and address fraud; security concerns or technical issues.
Personal information is retained on the secure ebay Orders and Delivery platform, to provide the services necessary for individuals to engage with the purchase process through ebay payments and our shop.
Records of customer purchases are kept within ebay, to provide customer support, ensure record keeping, manage returns and exchanges and resolve any disputes should they arise. All relevant information is managed inside this seller platform and our personal filings.
You have a legal right to access and receive a copy of personal information held by us and ebay in relation to your purchases by messaging us via contact seller .

At no point will customers receive any marketing messages without their express consent given. EPIZO will request customer consent in the event of marketing campaigns via a mailing list. Affirmative consent can be revoked by the customer at any time. Marketing information for customers may be kept for up to a period of four years.
Records of purchases are kept for tax purposes for up to 6 years. This does not necessarily mean customer personal information is presented to UK HMRC. Such records are primarily sales records with customer name and post code on postage receipts.
