Just slide the plastic band to the side, and it will lock into place. Users can answer, end, or mute any calls on this monaural phone accessory by pressing the buttons on the full-size cup. You can also match these Plantronics wireless headsets to an optional lifter that's attached to a traditional phone. The headset model will activate the call at the handset so that you don't have to be at your desk to start a conversation.If the volume gets too high or low on your company phone, just press the up or down button on the Plantronics unit to control those frequencies.
