Pour toute question l'acheteur envoie un message au vendeur via la messagerie Ebay. Les messages envoyés directement sur le mail du vendeur peuvent ne pas être reçus les messages partant en Spam ne sont pas lus.
La réponse aux messages ou aux demande de total est faite dès que possible.

1. Description de l'objet et tarif
a/ L'objet est décrit par son titre, son détail et une photo. Malgré le soin apporté au scan de l'objet, la photo peut présenter une différence de ton à l'affichage tous les moniteurs n'utilisant pas les mêmes palettes.
b/ Le tarif prix fixe se rapporte à l'objet décrit dans le titre - exemple : 2 serviettes en papier - l'objet est constitué de 2 serviettes en papier.
c/TVA non applicable (non reversée car non récupérée), art. 293 B du CGI
2. Regroupement des objets achetés
a/Groupement des objets : Via l'achat immédiat l'acheteur peut grouper ses achats sur 14 jours maximum. Lorsqu'il a terminé ses achats, l'acheteur demande le total afin d'obtenir un réajustement des frais d'envoi.
L'acheteur peut également faire ses achats via le panier avec un calcul automatique des frais d'envoi et valider en une seule fois
b/L'acheteur est invité a bien lire le détail de l'annonce. Le fait de cliquer sur achat immédiat ou enchérir engage l'acheteur a honorer son achat. Faute de quoi un litige pour objet non payé sera ouvert à son encontre.
3. Frais d'envoi.
Les frais d'envoi comprennent le montant de l'affranchissement ainsi que les frais de traitement et d'emballage
4. Paiement
a/ Le paiement sera effectué par l'acheteur soit après réception du total en cas d'achat immédiat, soit en validant le panier
Si l'acheteur paye objet par objet ou sans demander le total, le trop payé ne pourra pas être remboursé, Ebay pénalisant le vendeur en cas de remboursement.
b/ Le total contient toutes les informations permettant à l'acheteur d'effectuer son règlement. Cependant, en cas de doutes, l'acheteur contacte le vendeur par le biais de la messagerie Ebay.
c/Modes de règlement

5. Expédition
a/L'expédition ne pourra être effectuée qu'après réception du règlement. Elle sera effectuée via les services de La Poste ou Mondial Relay si choisi par l'acheteur.
b/L'expédition sera effectuée dans les 2 jours ouvrés suivant la réception du règlement.
c/L'acheteur accuse réception de l'envoi et de sa conformité par message au vendeur ou par le biais des évaluations.
d/Délai de réception : le vendeur ne peut garantir le délai d'acheminement du courrier par le transporteur.
e/Pour tout envoi effectué hors Union Européenne des frais de douane peuvent s'appliquer.
6. Droit de renonciation du consommateur
Conformément à la législation régissant la vente par correspondance en vigueur pour la vente en ligne, l'acheteur qui ne serait pas satisfait de l'achat effectué a le droit de renoncer, et de restituer les articles livrés sans aucune pénalité et sans en spécifier la raison.
Ce droit de renonciation sera exercé par l'acheteur, sous peine de déchéance, par l’envoi d'un message au vendeur via la messagerie Ebay.
L'acheteur renvoie les objets rendus dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception à l’adresse suivante : Mme AUPIAIS 11, Avenue de Joinville 94340 Joinville le Pont France.
Les frais de retour restent à la charge de l'acheteur. La restitution ne doit en aucun cas être effectuée en contre remboursement ou en port dû. Le retour se fait sous la responsabilité de l'acheteur, à sa charge de l'assurer convenablement.
Les objets doivent être restitués intacts, non utilisés et dans leur emballage d’origine.
Le droit de renonciation ne peut pas être exercé dans les cas suivants :
a/ objets vendus au paquet ou scellés dont l'emballage a été ouvert et/ou détérioré par l'acheteur
b/ objets personnalisés
c/ objets utilisés ou détériorés par l'acheteur
L'acheteur sera remboursé sous 7 jours a réception des objets renvoyés et après vérification de leur état.
7. Litige
En cas de problème avec un envoi, l'acheteur informe le vendeur par le biais de la messagerie Ebay.
a/Plateforme pour la médiation en ligne
La commission européenne a mis en place une plateforme pour aider au règlement des conflits concernant le commerce électronique

Si aucun arrangement ne peut être trouvé, l'acheteur peut avoir recours au litige Ebay ou Paypal.
En dernier lieu, seul le tribunal de commerce de Créteil est compétent.

Terms and Conditions
Should the Buyer wish to ask a question to the Seller, he/she will use the Ebay messaging. The Seller cannot guarantee to receive/answer messages sent to his personnal email address.
The Seller answers to messages or to requests for a total as soon as possible.
1.Item description and price
a/The item is described by its title, details and a photograph. Despite careful scanning of the item, the photograph can present differences in colour, especially on a monitor which does not use the same pallet as the Buyer’s monitor.
b/The price « fixed price » refers to the item described in the title – such as « 2 napkins » - the item consists of two napkins.
c/VAT not applicable (not returned as not recovered), CGI art. 293B
2.Order
a/Grouping a purchase
Via Buy it now, the Buyer can group his/her purchase within 14 days (maximum). When he/she is ready for the trade, he/she can ask the Seller for a Total in order to get a readjustment of his/her postage.
The buyer can also purchase via the basket with an automatic calculation of forwarding charges and validate at one time
b/The Buyer should always read the item for sale description carefully as by clicking on “Buy It Now” or “Bid” he/she agrees to fulfill his/her purchase. Otherwise a dispute for not paid item will be to be opened against the buyer.
3.Postage Costs
Forwarding charges include the amount of the postage as well as the fee of treatment and packaging
4.Payment
a/The payment will be made by the buyer either after reception of the total in case of immediate purchase, or by validating the basket
If the buyer pays item by item or without asking for the total, the paid excess cannot be paid off, Ebay punishing the saler in case of refund.
b/The Total costs specified by the Seller include all the relevant information for the Buyer to achieve his/her payment. However if the Buyer should have any question he/she can contact the Seller through the Ebay mail.

5.Shipment
a/The shipment will be made after the receipt of the payment. It will be done through La Poste (French Post Office) services.
b/The shipment will be made in the 3 French working day after the reception of the payment..
c/The Buyer acknowledges the recept of his/her shipment and its conformity through an Ebay mail to the Seller or through Ebay Evaluations. The Seller will leave his/her evaluation of the Buyer as soon as the Transaction is finished.
d/Recept delay: the Seller cannot guarantee the shipment delay through La Poste (French Post Office).
e/For any made sending (except European Union) customs charges can apply
6. Buyer’s Right To Cancel
In accordance with the Law regulating the email-order selling, should the Buyer not be satisfied with his/her transaction, he/she has a right to cancel it and then must return the concerned items without penality and without specifying the reason.
This cancelling right will be fulfilled only if he sends a message to the Seller through Ebay mail.
The Buyer will send back his/her items within 30 days after the reception of the item(s) to the following address: Mme AUPIAIS 11, Avenue de Joinville 94340 Joinville le Pont France.
The shipment costs will be supported by the Buyer. In no case should the restitution be done cash on delivery or sending carriage forward.
The return is made under the responsibility of the buyer, at his expense to insure it suitably.
The items must be restitued in their original shipment, intact and not used.
The cancelling right cannot be used in the following cases:
a/Items sold as a packaging, or sealed if the wrapping has been opened and / or damaged by the Buyer.
b/Personalized items
c/Used or damaged items by the Buyer
The Buyer will be reimbursed within 7 days after the reception of the sent back items and verification of their state.
7. Dispute
If a problem occurs with a shipment, the Buyer informs the Seller through Ebay messaging.
If no arrangement can be found, the buyer may have recourse to dispute through Ebay or Paypal.
The European Commission set up a platform to help in the regulation of the disputes concerning the e-commerce

Finally, only the Commercial Court of Créteil (France) has juridiction on the problem.
