I did not want to leave a negative review since I was able to return the book and received full refund but it was a nuisance! I specifically asked the seller if the book was indeed the book pictured and they confirmed. I asked for them to pack well. I received the wrong edition of the book and it was packed only in a plastic bag (the kind you send clothes in!) The book of course arrived damaged, torn - not in a as new as advertised. Will not be buying again from this seller! Buyers beware!

I was disappointed in this book purchase. The book is in excellent condition however the cover of the book is different than the one pictured. I actually purchased this book because of this cover as it is no longer available on chiltern’s website.

Book was probably in advertised ‘like new’ condition prior to shipping, but after being shipped in a thin plastic envelope with no cushioning, it didn’t arrive that way. Seller offered a 10% refund, but communication was slow. Please consider more protective packaging in the future.
