Please note that any tax or custom duty imposed by customs in the buyers country is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item has left us, we have no control over how much is charged by such agencies, so please aware of these possible additional charges when ordering. You will need to refer to your own country's policies to find out this information.
ADDED 1/07/2021: If you refuse delivery due to charges made by courier company, custom duty or tax, once the item is returned to us, we will refund, less the postage charge. Please be aware of this when ordering, as we have no control over charges made by courier companies, customs or tax.
Please ensure you have checked compatibility of the car part to the car you are fitting it on BEFORE ordering. All information we have provided on the listing is information from the manufacturer or supplier of the item. You can also contact your local specialist in your car to find this information out.
Please note if you have ordered the item without checking compatibility and it does not fit, this may affect the amount you are refunded. This will be discussed on a case-to-case basis between the seller and the buyer.
TRACKING and COURIERS
Some geographical locations may require that your order will be sent only on a trackable service or may be considered an extended area by the courier. If not included in the price already, we will contact you if needed.
We are not responsible for non-delivery if you have not provided your full or correct address. If this is the case and the item is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, you will be liable for the postage charge to resend the item to you. Otherwise, if the item does get returned to us and you do not want us to resend, a refund will be given less the postage charge.
If a tracking number is provided by being uploaded onto your ebay order, please keep an eye on the tracking. It is the buyers responsibility to check this, as we have no control over how long it takes. Sometimes couriers/postal services don’t leave notes to say they are trying to deliver, so it is best to rely on the tracking number provided that will generally tell you if they attempted to deliver. If an item is returned to us because the buyer is not home or because they did not collect or rearrange delivery with the courier/postal service, we may have to charge additional postage to resend. This will be decided on a case-to-case basis.
