If you find the item to be faulty please send it back to me within 14 working days for it to be fixed, replaced fully or a refund. Custom made items can not be returned unless faulty and are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations

All online data is only retained if needed for tax purposes, I delete all messages and emails after your order is complete. My internet, phone & laptop and online accounts are secure and password protected by myself and I am the only person who has access to these. Any printed data is kept locked in a secure cabinet and destroyed after 7 years
