I am very dissatisfied with this item. It did more pulling than cutting.There were parts missing as well.This item appeared to be used as it had a very bad smell to it. Also my old rotary blade that I've been using for more than 3 months gave a better shave than the sellers blade. I need an address to send this blade back to get a refund. I sent a message to seller 3days ago with no response
