You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
The sample products that are sold on the website are packaged in Kandi Cosmetics's own packaging. The full size products are in original packaging.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and subject to availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email dispatch confirmation. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you, whichever is the later. We will file any orders that are accepted by us.
Payments can be made via PayPal or via debit or credit card. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card/PayPal account used is yours. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we have the right to cancel your order. In some cases, if fraudulent activity is suspected, you may be contacted via e-mail from thekandicosmetics@gmail.com to confirm if the order is yours. You must reply to this e-mail within 10 working days. Your order will not be processed until you have confirmed that the activity on your account is not fraudulent.
The products sold on the Website are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.
We will endevour to dispatch the product to you within 2 working days of us accepting payment from you.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have certain rights under law:
You may receive a refund for an item if the product is unsatisfactory due to faulty packaging or if the product is defective. Please note that we cannot accept returns on simply unwanted goods due to the nature of products that we sell. It is your responsibility to choose the correct product. Exchanges can be made for unopened and undamaged products but please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the delivery charges to exchange the product.
Products which have been opened, used or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund due to the nature of the products that we sell. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
Kandi Cosmetics Ltd are not responsible for adverse effects by products sold through the Website. It is your responsibility to choose the correct products for your skin type. We cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by damage or neglect after goods are received. We cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on sample stock due to the nature of the products that we sell. Samples are packaged into Kandi Cosmetics's own packaging.
To return a product, you must email a returns request via e-mail to thekandicosmetics@gmail.com withing the 28 days of you receiving your products with the reasons for the refund request. You will receive a reply which contains instructions for returns, a returns authorisation number and the address where you must send your item to. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is fault, incorrect or misdescribed.
The term "full refund" does not include delivery costs. You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. Kandi Cosmetics Ltd are not responsible for the loss of returned items during delivery. It is your responsibility to return the items via a secure delivery service.
The refund may take 5-10 working days.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (only where applicable - see below) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you. We do offer delivery outside of the United Kingdom. Please note that you may be subject to custom fees.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or via your PayPal account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you.
You confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
Please familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before you place an order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged.
