By bidding or purchasing any of our products, you are entering into a legally binding contract, and are agreeing to the following terms:
 
Delivery
1. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail from us with confirmation together with a tracking number. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an e-mail to sales@TechyTeam.co.uk
2. Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared funds.
3. Delivery costs are additional (unless specified as “included” in the product description) and the amount you will pay is itemised in the product description
 
Payment
1. Upon conclusion of the auction or Buy It Now process you will be sent an e-mail with our Checkout instructions.
2. We only accept the payment methods as described within the product description
3. Your order will normally be d1spatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) but only after receipt of cleared funds.
 
Non Paying Bidders (eBay only)
1. All auctions and Buy It Now purchases must complete the checkout process within 7 days to:
a) avoid the item being relisted
b) avoid an unpaid item strike from eBay
c) avoid negative feedback being left on your account
d) avoid any legal actions as a result of breaking this contract to purchase
 
General
1. You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing your order and/or bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable. You are responsible for your own setup and wifi setup of a computer or laptop.
2. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
3. (a)Goods purchased for personal use; You have the right to change your mind within 8 calendar days of receipt of your order as per the Distance Selling Act 2000 providing you notify us in writing. If you wish to change your mind under the Distance Selling Act 2000 then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 10% of the price paid for the item(s) shall be allocated to the delivery part of your order. This amount is non-refundable when goods are returned under the Distance Selling Act.
(b)TechyTeam reserve the right at any stage during the order process to cancel and refund an order in full, without explanation.
 
4. Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person, and notified to TechyTeam within 24 hours of delivery by sending an e-mail to sales@TechyTeam. Failure to do so may render any claim invalid
 
Warranty, Returns & Technical Support
5. If upon receipt of your item(s) you believe there is a fault, in the first instance please refer to your confirmation of dispatch e-mail which indicates what you should do for each of the manufacturers products we supply.
6. For Technical Support issues please also follow instructions as above
7. Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer’s warranty, then the buyer must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer/agent and not TechyTeam
8. Where goods under warranty cannot be repaired they will be replaced by the manufacturer/agent and not TechyTeam
9. If you have an item covered by a TechyTeam warranty then we are unable to accept the return of goods without prior authorisation. Upon authorisation, we will e-mail you with instructions for the return of goods.
10. Item(s) returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery.
11. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any item(s) authorised for return are sufficiently packaged. Where delivery back to TechyTeam is the responsibility of the buyer, we strongly recommend adequate insurance is in place & tracking.
12. If an item(s) is deemed faulty within 7 days of receipt, TechyTeam will collect. After 7 days responsibility of return passes to the buyer.
13. Batteries are not covered by any warranty outside these 7 days. They are regarded as consumable items as they wear out with use like tyres on a car.
14. If you have kept your item past the 7 day distance selling deadline then if it becomes faulty it will be repaired by TechyTeam. You will not be eligible for a refund after the distance selling deadline.
15. Software does not come with any warranty. In other words if you infect your laptop or computer with a virus you are liable for the repair or costs of repair.
16. Any damage caused by the buyer is the buyers responsibility to repair or incur costs of repair.
17. Chargers for laptops or phones are not covered by any warranty
