Making A Purchase
 
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Any damage to goods received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. Returns Policy
 
We hope you will be happy with your purchase.
Please contact us on 01244 375 029 before returning any items. We are happy to accept unused items providing the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt.
 
Items should be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition. Please ensure that all items are well packed and that a copy of your invoice is included.
 
Return costs are at your own expense. Please ensure you use a trackable service with adequate compensation, as all goods must arrive in A1 saleable condition in order to be refunded.
We regret that the original delivery charge is not refundable and items which originally qualified for free delivery will be refunded minus £6.75 (inc VAT).
 
We will accept items for return after 14 days at our discretion, however, these will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
 
Refunds will be made to the card originally used to place the order.
