3 of the 4 CDs ordered were damaged - case parts had detached with broken pieces and the inlays looked to have had water damage or been stored in a damp location. There were also tears to the paper. These all were described as Very Good. Customer service couldn’t even answer me properly totally ignoring the information in my email to them POOR
