The required software update provided by the company that manufactured the device had flaws that prevented me from using it as promised. This is not at all sellers fault but I contacted them to see if they would be willing to extend the return time since I was trying to get a fix from the company and didn't want to punish them for the manufactures failure with a return. They responded in a very rude manner saying there was "No issue." and that "Some Chinese software glitch is not on us"
