Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days once the payment is received.
 
Please note, in some cases, your item may be dispatched from any of our warehouses that are based in several countries. However, this does not affect delivery times.
 
Most items should be delivered on the next working day. In some cases, the delivery may take 2-3 days for remote locations. Please be aware of it and allow a few more days if the item has not arrived within the original timeframe.
 
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail. If the courier attempts to deliver your parcel but nobody is in or the parcel is too large for your letterbox, it will be taken to the local Royal Mail post sorting office. You can then collect the item from there or re-arrange the delivery with them.
 
Delivery to the Highlands and Islands in the UK
 
Please note that some couriers apply an additional surcharge of 10%-%15 for delivering heavy items (weighing more than 2 kg) to remote UK areas. These areas include but are not limited to the following postcodes:
 
AB30-38, AB44-56, BT, FK17-21, G83, GY, HS 1-9, IM, IV,JE, KA 27-28, KW, PA 20-99, PH 15-32, PH 49-99, TR 21-25, ZE.

Our returns policy is very flexible, but please always get in touch with us before starting a return so that we could offer a custom solution. We can offer a refund or a different solution that better suits your needs.
 
Please note, we monitor all outgoing and incoming parcels using our own CCTV system as our packing/unpacking stations are equipped with high-quality video cameras so that we could always verify the condition of shipped/received items.
 
If you want to return your order, you must inform us within 14 days from the date of its receipt. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods from the date you have notified us.
 
The goods should be in their original condition and contain the original packaging with all the supplied accessories (they should be in their original condition and contain original packaging as well). Please note, items that have been installed or attempted to install cannot be returned. All returns are inspected by our engineers and monitored by our CCTV system.
 
The customer is responsible for the returns shipping charges unless an incorrect item has been received (in other words, if the item reference number mentioned in the listing is different or does not supersede with the reference number on the packaging) or the item is faulty - this will always be confirmed by our engineers and if an incorrect reason was chosen on the eBay returns page, we have the right to issue a separate invoice to the customer to cover the shipping and handling fees.
 
We will refund you within 14 days of either getting back the goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been received by us (for instance, a proof of postage receipt with tracking number). Most of the returns are processed straight away and refunds are issued within a few days though.
Used or attempted to install items will be returned back to the customer and cannot be returned for a refund - handling fees apply.
