SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that somebody is available on the given address to collect the parcel. 4. We use only tracked parcels from the following carriers: FedEx, TNT, DPD, InPost, Postal Service.

5. Parcel damaged during transport: if upon delivery the parcel looks damaged, please refuse delivery and fill the damaged parcel report with a courier. In all cases if the parcel is damaged and if you choose to accept it please sign for the item as damaged and report to us as soon as possible and at least within 12 hours of delivery.

RETURNS
