NEW ITEM (CHANGE OF MIND):
a. For a refund/exchange, please follow the below instructions:
b. Returned items must in its original Packing, sealed and unopened, as sent to you. This means it must be in an un-used and un-activated, condition complete with all accessories, original packaging, foam, plastic wrapping etc. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
c. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
d. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
e. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
f. All Electronic product must be factory reset and have no passwords or logins as this will only delay the process of the return.
g. We have a standard 30 day return policy from the delivery date of the item(s).
h. Once we have received the returned item and all is well, we will either issue a refund or dispatch the replacement item(s) accordingly.
i. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
j. Upon receipt of returned item(s) refund will be issued on full purchase cost of item.
k. Please note that refunds will not be given on any postage costs.
l. Any item opened and seals have been broken will be subject to a partial refund only.
m. Full refunds including postage cost will be given for items not as described, including faulty items, on return of the item.
n. All faulty items will be sent back direct to the manufacturer to determine the cause of fault or problem with the item and to confirm that there is a manufacture fault or defect.
o. The safe return and cost of returning goods is the buyer's responsibility.

REFURBISHED ITEMS:
THE BELOW INFORMATION ONLY APPLIES TO OUR FIXED PRICE LISTINGS FOR USED/REFURBISHED SMARTPHONES AND TABLETS. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO OUR AUCTION LISTINGS WHATSOEVER. OUR FAULTY AUCTION LISTINGS DO NOT INCLUDE A WARRANTY OF ANY SORT.
 
Warranty:
We include a return-to-base seller warranty with all of our used and refurbished smartphones and tablets. The duration of the warranty is stated in the listing. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion under the warranty. The warranty runs from the date the item is purchased, and does not restart if the item is repaired or replaced. The warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring under normal use. You must be able to provide proof of purchase to claim under the warranty and the IMEI/Serial Number of the device must match our records.
 
Returned items must be in its original Packing, as sent to you. Please note that all user data must be removed from the phone, such as Google Account, Email Account, contacts, messages and photos.
 
The following will invalidate the warranty:
 
- Third party repairs (e.g. by yourself or an entity other than us). If you accidentally damage your device, please contact us as we can offer an out-of-warranty repair that will not invalidate the warranty.
- Contact with liquid.
- Improper electrical/power supply.
- Faults caused by dropping, mishandling or misusing the item.
- Unofficial modification of software or firmware (e.g. jailbreaking).
 
The battery is not covered by the warranty as it is a perishable item. For all devices with batteries that are not easily removed (e.g. iPhones, iPads and some Samsung Galaxy S models), we test the battery capacity prior to listing the item to ensure it is within acceptable levels (we call this our "Battery Guarantee"). We can provide out-of-warranty battery replacements that will not invalidate the warranty if you ever do need the battery to be replaced.
 
Accidental or physical damage (e.g. cracked display) is not covered by the warranty.
 
IMEI numbers:
Due to these being refurbished products, we cannot guarantee that the IMEI number on the housing, software and box will be the same.
 
Defective products:
Like all electronic products, a small percentage may be defective, or become defective, despite our best efforts. In these cases we will repair, replace or refund the product as outlined in the listing.
 
Water proofing:
Please note we cannot guarantee that our used/refurbished devices are waterproof. Like the manufacturer, we cannot cover liquid damage under our money back guarantee or warranty.
