- e***v (1066)- Feedback gegeven door koper.Afgelopen 6 maandenGeverifieerde aankoopThe original listing for this item indicated that it came with stainless steel springs for installation. When it arrived it came with wire. When asked about it the seller claimed the listing was written by Ai. They defended not sending springs because they would lose form over time so wire was provided. Just a bunch of dodging living up to their ad to me. Greater brands come with springs. Now I have to add time and frustration to disassembly & reassembly when wrenching on my car.Antwoord van: thermalsolutions- Feedback beantwoord door verkoper thermalsolutions.- Feedback beantwoord door verkoper thermalsolutions.Thermal Zero blankets have never and will never include springs with their blankets, only wire. Wire has never failed yet. What do you mean by Greater brands? Only cheap Chinese blankets include springs. Springs will fail when exposed to excessive heat, and they will add undue tension to the lacing anchors. Springs are typically much harder to install and nowhere near as durable as wire. Wire is much easier. You were also told you could return the blanket if you wanted, but you didn't.
