2. Delivery
Our products are supplied direct from stock, and may require a signature at destination.
 
All of our products are securely packaged.
 
We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all the orders within 1-2 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
 
If in the unfortunate event your parcel does not arrive within 15 working days then please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue. If we find that we have posted the item(s) out then we will contact the Royal Mail reporting a lost parcel in transit. Royal Mail will then refund Kyisa and then we can refund you the full price of the item(s) and postage costs if necessary. This process usually takes around 15 working days after the due delivery date of the parcel.
 
3. Payment Method
Kyisa is an international market dedicated eBay store. Orders will only be accepted from residents for international delivery, paid for with Paypal, credit or debit cards only.

4. Return Policy
If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from Kyisa, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
 
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in their original and unused condition accompanied with the original organza bag.
 
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.
