However, we continually seek to improve our products and reserve the right to alter, delete or add any item, design, colour, size or finish from our range without prior notice.
 
Colours that appear on your screen may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
 
We try to ensure that all dimensions quoted are as accurate as possible. However it is in the nature of hand-made products that these may vary. If accurate dimensions are important to you, please contact us and we will measure precisely the specific item that can be supplied to you.
 
Many of our products use natural materials and are hand-made or hand-decorated. These are subject to slight imperfections and variations between individual samples - no two items will be identical. This is part of the appeal of this type of product and is not a valid ground for complaint.
 
If you have any specific requirements for accurate colour, finish, design or size please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your requirements, but we cannot guarantee to get this exactly right every time. You must expect reasonable variations and you will not be entitled to make a claim against us by reason of reasonably foreseeable variations.
 
Availability:
Orders are treated according to the availability of the goods and are allocated upon confirmation of payment.
 
We aim to carry a broad range of quality products to satisfy as many customers as possible. We make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock, but many of these items sell very quickly and it is inevitable that some will occasionally run out of stock. We apologise if we cannot supply you with everything you would like as quickly as you would like. If we are unable to despatch your required goods within 7 days, we will contact you with an estimated despatch date and, where possible, the option of a suitable alternative and offer you the option of waiting for new stock to arrive or cancelling the order.
 
You can check availability of any item by email or telephone.
 
Delivery Conditions:
We try to send all orders in one complete delivery. If you require delivery in several parts each part will be treated as a separate order in respect of carriage charges.
 
We can only deliver to an address as you have entered it and we can accept no responsibility for late or non delivery if said address has been entered incorrectly or incompletely. At such time the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered and risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer.
 
We cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to postal strikes, transport strikes, flood, drought, civil unrest, legislation and other incidents outside of our control.
 
Missing items:
If any items have not arrived with you within 7 days of their despatch please email info@style-4-living.com.
 
If any items are missing from a delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours by email to info@style-4-living.com.
 
Style-4-Living.com shall not be liable for any non delivery of goods (even if caused by the company's negligence) unless the buyer gives email notice to the company of the non-delivery within these time limits.
 
Any liability for non delivery of the goods shall be limited to replacing the goods within a reasonable time or refunding in full.
 
Damage in Transit:
Please check your goods carefully on delivery.
 
If any items arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days by email to info@style-4-living.com.
 
In some cases we may require photographic evidence.
 
If you do not inform us within 7 days, we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
 
Responsibility for the safe-keeping of the goods transfers to the customer immediately on delivery.
 
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the customer's choice. We will pay the return carriage charges for all damaged goods.
 
If we, or our haulier, accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery then our liability for that damage is limited to the replacement of the goods or the value thereof.
 
Confidentiality:
We believe that electronic privacy is crucial to the ongoing success of the Internet as a customer service. Our policy is to keep all personal information we receive from our sites completely confidential, and to use it solely for internal purposes. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
