Order Acceptance:
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have emailed you confirmation of your order. Where you order multiple products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available, and will send the remainder of your order as soon as stock comes in. We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.
 
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.
 
You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
 
Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply goods.
 
Many of the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications 100% up to date. All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. However, if you purchase any goods that are unsuitable, you have the right to return these for refund of order (including the price of goods, but excluding any postage charge) within 7 working days. Variant / Chase Figures: A variant action figure is similar to a chase figure with the exception that the variation in the figure was not planned during the manufacturing process. Variant figures may contain manufacturing mistakes or changes in the manufacturing in the middle of a production run. Chase figures are action figures that have intentional variations from the mass produced figures of the same character or entity. Chase figures are produced in smaller quantities than their mass produced counterparts and are packaged without any hints on the packaging that the figure is a chase. Due to the limited availability of the figures, chase figures are a favorite for action figure collectors. Please note, that unless stated, Action Figure Archive cannot offer a particular variant / chase figure on request. All pictures are stock photographs, and therefore colours, & final sculpts are subject to change.
 
 
Pre Orders & Advance Ordering
A number of our products are available to pre order; this simply means the manufacturer has yet to finish producing the item. We offer you the opportunity to place an order for these items in readiness for their arrival. This is very useful if the item is likely to be limited edition or very popular as it means you should be first in the queue to receive it. Whilst we cannot guarantee items on pre order it does give you a much higher likelihood of securing the product. If in the event that the item becomes unavailable you will be notified and refunded in full.
 
Due to the nature of pre-orders we are however forced to issue some additional terms and conditions which relate to those items pre-ordered:
 
1. All pre-order items are subject to manufacturers delay, availability, and allocation. These matters are completely in the hands of the manufacturers and actionfigurearchive.co.uk is unable to accept any liability for any inconvenience caused by changes to lines, availability dates or initial shortage of supplies. In the case of orders for single items we reserve the right to alter pre-order prices and or terms of purchase provided written notice is given to all customers and a reply accepting amended terms is accepted. Should items be removed, or short-packed in an assortment pre-order prices may be subject to change.
2. If an item is cancelled by the manufacturer, we will contact all customers who have pre-ordered as soon as possible. This is a rare occurrence, but again is completely at the discretion of the manufacturer of the product line.
3. We reserve the right to limit quantities. In these cases we will indicate the limits imposed on the appropriate product pages. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
4. In the case of rare or limited availability items orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. If we are unable to fulfil any customer orders we will contact the customers concerned by email as soon as possible, providing the option to cancel the order or to keep it on pre-order if we are expecting additional stocks.
5. Payment for pre-orders must be received prior to goods being dispatched (this can be in the usual way at time of ordering or the receipt of a cheque prior to the in-stock date of the item).
6. We will attempt to indicate the likely 'in-stock' date of each pre-order item on the relevant product pages, however these dates are frequently subject to change (again at the discretion of the manufacturer or wholesaler).
7. The ordering of items marked as a 'pre-order' is considered an acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are linked from all 'pre-order' product pages.
8. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
 
 
 
Payment:
 
The price of goods shall be the price listed clearly on the website.
 
We use Pay Pal & Google Checkout to collect your payment and for your peace of mind these are secure payment transfer accounts used by many online retail companies. We accept payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Delta. AFA do not see your credit card details; this information is collected by Paypal or Google Checkout on their military strength encrypted servers.
 
Remember AFA will never ask for your credit card details in any correspondence with you. If you do receive an email asking for such information you should forward the mail to us for investigation.

Overseas (non UK) customers who are paying by cheque should make sure the cheque is in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank. Your local bank should be able to help you with this. We cannot accept any other type of cheque or money orders.
 
Overseas customers will be liable for any import duties and taxes incurred.

Right to cancel:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. You may cancel your order at any time before despatch and within 7 days of receiving your goods and will receive a full refund providing you return the goods in a saleable, unused condition. Force Majeure:

Choking Warning:
All toys available from AFA carry a CHOKING HAZARD and are NOT suitable for children under 3 years old. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enforce this restriction as ActionFigureArchive accepts no responsibility for the inappropriate misuse of its toys.
 
 
Self-Assembly Damage:
Certain toys available from AFA require self-assembly and AFA assumes no liability for toys that are damaged due to incorrect assembly. Action Figure Archive advises the assembler to refer to the associated images before attempting assembly.
 
 
 
Modifications to our website:
We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated any new features including new content and/or the sale of new Products/Services shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
