These are our terms and conditions of service. These terms govern your use of this site and set out our terms of service that apply in relation to any purchases that you make here.
 
Who We Are
 
We are Fishing tackle Hut Limited trading solely from the website domain www.fishingtacklehut.co.uk & our Ebay Store tackle-hut.
We are a mail order company, and have no retail premises. We are unable to sell directly from our location, all sales must be made through the website.

We accept Credit and Debit card payments via PayPal or if you have a Paypal account direct from this.
 
Errors
 
We can not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Fishing tackle Hut ltd reserves the right to decline orders. All transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
 
Delivery of Purchases
 
Whenever possible, all orders will be dispatched with 3 – 4 working days but usually the next day.
Orders received over the weekend or Night will be dispatched on the next available Despatch day.
 
Items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class as we offer free postage. We will send you an email when the item has been posted. Normally items should arrive within 2-3 days, but please contact us if you have not received delivery within 10 days of the item being posted.
In the event that an item is lost in the post, we will always offer to refund or replace it.
If an item is out of stock we will normally refund the cost to you unless you specifically state that you are willing to accept substitutes.
We deliver Worldwide on most of the products but not on all.
Please report any damaged items or shortages to us within 24 hours of them being delivered.
Returns Policy & Guarantee:
 
All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Any product being returned must be returned by either Recorded Delivery or by Courier and must be suitably wrapped to avoid damage in transit. You are liable for any damage sustained to a product during delivery to us.
Please contact us for the return address before retuning an item.
 
Refunds:
 
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Please note these are hand made items, so may vary slightly from the pictures on the website, due to natural variations in the materials used for our flies, variations in the dyeing process, and individual tying styles.
 
Liability
 
Our liability to you shall not exceed the price of the item purchased to which any claim relates. In the event that a product is damaged to you during delivery we will replace the product at no cost to you and shall arrange for the collection of the damaged purchase.
