Return policy
 
Returns are accepted if you are unhappy with your purchase. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt otherwise no refund will be made and the items returned to you upon your request at a p&p costs. If an item is returned because it has been ordered incorrectly then a part only refund will be issued minus a 10% handling charge.
 
The returned item MUST BE EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION as it was received including the original packaging as well. Doll kits and bodies will be thoroughly checked for signs of damage, dirt, stains and evidence of usage. In line with eBay's advice if in our opinion the item is unfit for resale or has been used no refund will be made, photographs will be taken and the item returned to you, upon your request, for a return fee. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that do not arrive.
 
We do a quality check on the item before it has packed. It provides to all items be in immaculate condition. A used, dirty, dilapidated or painted item cannot be returned.
 
 
Payment
 
We accept PayPal payments. Payment is expected within two days of the date of order. If payment is not received within two days of placing the order a Non Paying Bidder Dispute will be opened. If payment is still not received by the fifth day the final value fee credit will be applied for and a non-paying bidder strike issued.
 
 
Shipping
 
Because the doll body is handmade, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment. The majority of orders are posted the second day.
 
UK buyers:
We always use Royal Mail 1st class or 1st class recorded delivery. Delivery is estimated to take 1-2 working days. This is as advised by Royal Mail. Please be aware that this is only a guide and occasionally items may take a little longer. We accept no responsibility for Royal Mail delays or items returned to the sorting office if the buyer is not home. If an order is returned to us 'not collected' by the buyer or the buyer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address there will then be a further charge for p&p before the order is resent.
 
International buyers:
We will ship packets under £20 with standard international delivery (no tracking) at buyer’s risk. Orders over £20 will be sent by International signed for. Delivery is estimated to take 5-10 working days. We accept no responsibility for foreign mail delays.
