I reached out to them about it, and they got back to me almost immediately, and were very reasonable and accomodating. They issued me a partial refund to make up for the discrepancy, which I appreciate. Shipping was very fast (from Florida to North Dakota in 3 days). The guitar was just as described and was in great shape. It was packaged very well and survived the trip with no problems.
