However I'm still leaving positive feedback because the shipping time was very fast, delivered the same week that i ordered it. And when i contacted the seller that the item was not as described he issued a refund within 3 days. Too bad about the wrong item being delivered but the seller acted correctly, mistakes can always happen. I would trust to buy from them again considering the professionalism of handling my problem.

It was fairly easy to get working in the US and the seller kindly changed the language to English. This seller offers quality service at a great price. Even arrived a few days earlier than expected. Packaging was good and the seller was very clear with communication. Would buy from again!

I liked the fast shipment and the professionality of the seller team. They responded fast and we had a really nice conversation about the phone details :) The Phone came without any delivery damage (is fully working btw) Overall im impressed about, how easy it is to get a nice phone straight from Japan that can fulfill my needs. Thanks to the seller again!
