She filed a claim with the post office, and after I followed her instructions on returning it to the post office and providing her the receipt that I gave it to them (and noting that they would refund her and that she would NOT receive the item back) she held my refund for an extra 4 days AND accused me of not following her instructions. Nope, never again.
