When I messaged them, they blamed the carrier for losing the item and then canceled the sale and refunded my money without ever asking me what I wanted to do. I would have asked them to send a replacement. After reading other people's feedback I found that they have done this to others also and some people never got their items or a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Dash looks new, we are so happy with it. Had to dremel (sand) a little to get the light switch to snap in; but, no problems. Looks great - fast shipper, and great value. Even had the metal clips!
