The computer itself was exactly as advertised, although I had an issue where the power button was stuck down because the stalk was too long. when i reached out to the seller about this, they attempted to resolve the issue, but I fixed it in my own before that was necessary. Keep in mind, this is a refurbished computer, so a lot of the parts are pre-owned or bought cheaply. overall, it was exactly what I paid for.

It is an "excellent-refurbished" computer, and honestly, by looking at it, you could never tell it was used. It is an excellent value with features that cost a lot in a new computer.
